This hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The big and comfy beds are great for a good night's sleep. The beautiful tiles throughout give the hotel a unique character.
Noise from other guests can be disruptive to light sleepers.

The hotel's interior was stunning with beautiful tiles and spotlessly clean. The owner and staff, especially Eugenia, were kind and accommodating. The location was convenient for trips to the Galápagos Islands and the Amazon forest. They provided airport transfers and allowed us to store our luggage. The breakfasts were pleasant and there was a big swimming pool. Wi-Fi was good and the hotel was close to the Quito zoo and shops in Guayllamba.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Clean rooms and yummy breakfast!
We loved the cleanliness of the rooms, and the breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious. The outdoor area was an added bonus and had a lot of things to keep the kids entertained. It was also located in a great spot, just a short drive from the zoo and other attractions. we enjoyed our stay.
Pool was too cold and dinner was average.

Great staff and tasty food!
During my business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at this hidden gem. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious! I loved how the hotel was located not too far from the zoo and other popular tourist attractions. The clean and beautifully maintained indoor rooms provided a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere during the night.
Inconvenient location and subpar amenities. However, there were a couple of downsides that I experienced during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel tucked away in a charming location. The warm hospitality and attention to detail were truly commendable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the stunning interior design added to the overall ambiance. The staff went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, making us feel like valued guests. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a delay in getting our room ready and some noise from a nearby event, we were impressed with the overall experience. The exquisite tiles adorning the hotel showcased the owner's dedication to creating a visually stunning environment. It was a shame we couldn't spend more time enjoying the lovely surroundings and exploring the area. We highly recommend this jewel of a hotel and the exceptional service provided by the El Cano family. we had a memorable stay and would gladly return in the future.
